- Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline

- Experience in Cinema/Event Management, Hospitality, F&B or related field.

- Fresh graduate with leadership skill are also encouraged to apply whereby training will be provided.

- Good planning, organizational and management skill.

- Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.

- Good computer knowledge

- Good communication skill, pleasant disposition and customer oriented. Able to interact with people at all levels.

- Willing to be relocated within Peninsular and able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holidays

- Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Business Management/ Marketing/Mass Communication/Hospitality or similar

- Minimum at least 5 years’ experience in Cinemas line and have worked at various positions at Cinema.

- Very meticulous and diligent in managing staff, and the cinema.

- Good planning, organizational, management and execution skill.

- Timely reporting of performance of Cinemas and addressing issues at the Cinemas immediately.

- Analyse the reports sent by Cinemas on Concession and ensure stock are readily available for the Cinemas.

- Ensure regular maintenance and services are carried out at the Cinemas on the building and equipment.

- Ensure Branding is promoted at the Cinemas by the Managers.

- Result oriented and able to meet deadline, multi task and handle broad range of tasks.

- Gauge, measure and report performance of individual Cinema in relation to admission and concession sales.

- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and in Tamil would be advantages.

- Good communication skill, pleasant disposition and customer oriented. Able to interact with people at all levels.

- Good computer knowledge.

- The position might require to work on weekends and Public Holidays

- Minimum 1-year experience in promotion of product and services over social media.

- Launch, manage existing promotion programmes/activities Etc.

- To solicit sponsorships and advertisements to boost revenue.

- To coordinate with vendors, suppliers and event producers on advertisement.

- Result oriented and able to meet deadline, able to multi task and handle broad range of projects.

- Analyse and improve the marketing strategies to promote activities, loyalty programmes and road shows.

- Should be able to brainstorm to create, plan and execute marketing events.

- Coordinate with other departments on marketing events to maximise publicity and promotion.

- Gauge, measure and report performance of the marketing being carried out.

- Good planning, organizational and execution skills.

- In the process of Marketing, Branding should be one of the main priorities.

- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and in Tamil would be advantages.
